Don't Take It Personally

If someone is critquing yout work do not take it personally. They are critiquing you to help you become a better writer. Take what the person has to say to heart. Improve you writing. Then take the time to thank them. They mean well and if you are serious about becoming a better writer, get a thick skin with critiques.
